ASTRAL PROJECTION: MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

Today, let me share with you, my personal astral experience.
(Note: I shared this first in 2019 on youtube)

One day, I woke up from my sleep and saw that I was not in my bed; I was on the terrace.

Who had put me on the terrace..?

I looked around and downwards.

I was shocked because I could see myself down there, sleeping, on my bed. This was the first time I had an out-of-body experience.

My consciousness had temporarily got separated from my body for a minute and I was able to see myself. 

Now you would think, ‘Wow this is such an exciting experience; I also want to experience this!’

But I want you to know that though we all desire such experiences, we do not know the pros and cons of it.

Okay, we may know the pros; we will enjoy this experience but are not aware of the cons.

When I had this experience for the first time in my life, I guess I was 14 yrs old though I am not very sure of the age I had this experience, maybe I was younger…

I went into a dark space which means although I was having an out-of-body experience; seeing the terrace and the bed but it was all darkness around.

I did not feel right.

‘Why so much darkness?’ I thought to myself.
I was afraid and out of the fear, my consciousness returned back to my body, and I opened my eyes.

Following this, I had many other experiences and I am not sure whether I should write about those or not…

‘coz the first time I spoke about my astral travel experience in my youtube video, I witnessed many imposters sharing a very similar story soon after that…but the problem is not that they shared a similar story, the problem is that the Spiritual Awakening process is very sensitive.

One small mistake may have bigger consequences.

So when somebody just imitates and shares a similar story, then they don’t know the details of it because they themselves have not experienced it and when people come to the speakers for guidance, they guide them wrongly. That is where the problem starts.

Remember, what I shared with you in one of my previous podcasts/blogs?
‘If the blind lead the blind, both will fall into the pit.’
That is exactly what happens here.

IS ASTRAL PROJECTION REAL?

Having one’s own spiritual experience is like driving a car by oneself and therefore understanding what ‘driving a car’ is like.
Also, understanding the aspects of the car along with it, right?

Just sharing somebody else’s spiritual experience without having experienced anything by oneself is like reading a book on driving but never actually driving the car and therefore not knowing the aspects of the car or the technique of driving. 

Why must a passenger sit in the car of a person who has never driven before? So the case of, ‘both shall fall into the pit’ arises here.

Now, if somebody on the internet tells you a technique for gaining astral body experiences…what they can at most offer you is a glimpse of it that can arise using one’s imagination but not the real experience.

An out-of-body experience is not done using imagination first of all. What we get by imagination, is actually — just imagination… that’s it…and I will expand on this in the future.

‘I CAN DO IT BY MYSELF’

Real Astral Travel requires a lot of sadhana. Once it comes, we do not have to sit in a specific place or lay down or do anything specific to experience it.

One can astral project even while talking to somebody or even while working on a computer. It becomes as easy as looking at the door of your room.

Some people profess that we can experience things all by ourselves. Sure, we can but it doesn’t mean not having a guide who has himself/herself traveled the path that we wish to walk on.

If it were really in our hands Only then we already had led ourselves to an out-of-body experience by now but the fact that, at present, we are not able to have an out-of-body experience, is in itself proof that we need a guide who has walked the same path.

That’s why it is very important that if we desire to have an out-of-body experience, then the first thing is, we must find a Perfect Living Spiritual Teacher.

DO WE REALLY NEED A SPIRITUAL TEACHER?

Let’s assume you are coming to Delhi for the first time to meet someone but you do not know the way, then what would you do? 

You would use Google Maps; you wish to use Google Maps even when you have two eyes, right?

You have to use Google Maps because you haven’t seen the way.

Then that inner path where there is all darkness and the eyes outside cannot see the ways of that inner journey, how are we planning to reach there without the map? Without a guide who has himself/ herself traveled the same path?

Jesus Christ used to teach in parables.

Jesus Christ used to teach in parables.

He taught in parables because he only wanted the true Seekers to understand the essence of his teachings, which he conveyed in a very subtle manner.

He talked about the out-of-body experience…

Ref. from the Bible-

There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus.

Once Nicodemus came to Jesus at night and said, ‘Rabbi, we know, you are a teacher, who has come from God for no one could perform the miraculous signs you were doing if God were not with him.

In reply, Jesus declared, ‘I tell you the truth. No one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.’

Nicodemus asked, ‘How can a man be born again when he is old? Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born.’

Jesus answered, ‘I tell you the truth. No one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of the spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh but the spirit gives birth to the Spirit.

Now here what Jesus actually replied was that the body (flesh), can only give birth to the body (flesh).

So when He said that one needs to be born again, in order to see the kingdom of God, this ‘born again’, Jesus Christ is referring to being born of the spirit i.e. our soul (which is part of the Spirit or the Superconscious Ocean of Being)…and we all are drops of that Spirit, the Drop in the Ocean.

Once, we do have that out-of-body experience when our soul has crossed the other major levels of consciousness and witnessed the Super Conscious Ocean of Being (the Spirit), then we can  truly say that ‘We have been born again.’

So it involves all the out-of-body experience.

Today if I am able to share all this wisdom with you, it is because I have traversed the spiritual path under a Perfect Spiritual Master for many years. I learned the real interpretation of parables by way of spiritual experiences that I had as a result of the techniques taught by my Spiritual Master.

So, if you also want to have an Astral Projection experience, don’t fall into the trap of anybody teaching you just via imagination. It won’t take you much far. It might give you temporary satisfaction but very soon you will feel that you are missing the real experience. That there is something more that you still haven’t experienced.

To get real spiritual experiences, you must learn to go beyond the mind. And the first step for a successful spiritual Journey is, therefore, finding the right Perfect Spiritual Master.
