What do we do with your information?

When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

When you register to the website we ask for your name and birth day, both of which can be real or fictional, we leave it up to you what information you provide us in these fields. We also collect your email address. With your permission, we may send you emails about our website, new products and other updates.

If you purchase course/ meditations/classes/ digital products from Karmicbuzz Academy of Spirituality, we will not be saving any of your credit card information as our website is built on the Thinkific platform and Thinkific takes care of the purchase & selling process. While the platform Thinkific itself, is integrated with Paypal & Stripe.

When you purchase physical products from our website, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information. This data is collected to be able to charge you for your purchase and any subscription renewals for any subscription services that you have purchased.

We do not share or distribute your personal information outside of our company, Karmicbuzz Foundation.

The data that you have provided will be stored until you deactivate your account, withdraw consent, you delete it personally or we delete it based on security or personal reasons.

How do you get my consent?

When you sign up to our website, provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Video/Audio Use consent

When you participate in our Online Seminars or Workshops you may have the opportunity to show up on video (incl. audio) to all of the participants of the event. When joining the video and/or audio feed you give consent for that video and/or audio to be used, distributed and shared in any way by Karmicbuzz Foundation. In the event, you do not wish to be on the video/audio, you may explicitly request us for the same via mail atleast 5 days before the event.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Data Storage

Our website is hosted with Siteground.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Siteground’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Your credit card data is never stored, and all payments comply with PCI-DSS requirements.

For Digital Products

For Offline Products

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then our payment processor stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and its service providers.

Third-Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

In case you purchase Digital Products from us, then your information is stored at Thinkific, the platform that empowers us. Your information will be stored at the Thinkifc portal as long as you are a member at the Karmicbuzz Academy. In the event you choose to opt-out of the academy, your information will be deleted after a period of 90 days (in the case you wish to opt-in again).

In case you purchase Physical Products from us and therefore provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standard.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
