Any form of rude, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior may lead to disciplinary action, including warnings, salary deductions, or termination, as deemed appropriate by the company.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

Attendance and punctuality are critical to our team’s success. Employees are required to:

  • Be Timely: Arrive punctually and be present during scheduled working hours.
  • Notify of Absences: Inform their supervisor as early as possible about any planned or unexpected absences.
  • Professional Exit Practices: In cases where an employee needs to leave the company, a reasonable notice period is expected to allow the company to manage ongoing responsibilities without disruption.

Failure to comply with these expectations may affect salary considerations or result in other disciplinary actions.

3. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Employees are expected to handle company information responsibly and uphold strict confidentiality standards. This includes:

4. Professional Development and Communication

5. Resignation and Termination Process

Upon resigning, employees are required to:

  • Return Company Property: Return any items or materials provided by the company in good condition.

The final settlement or salary will be processed after these formalities are completed.
