Spirituality
Usually people spend their lives chasing materialistic desires…
and as they age, they start searching for the meaning of their existence.

My life has been in the reverse gear since my childhood.
When I was 3 years old, I used to sit in meditation, without even knowing the term ‘meditation’. My parents used to put me to bed every morning while I was sitting in ‘dhyan’ cross-legged on the floor at 3 a.m.
Where Is God?
The only question that bothered me was ‘Where Is God?’
While I spent my life just like any other student, going to school, college and completing my degrees but my dhyan was always in achieving this goal – endeavouring to realize the answer to the eternal existential question (except 2-3 years of my teenage when my mind also wanted fame; well now I know that it was also a part of my spiritual journey).
I was so mad about knowing the truth of my existence that even when I was in my college/s, I used to go to ‘langar seva’ or ‘construction seva’ just as soon as my classes got over. (I will come to my ‘most difficult times‘ during my graduation college in an article sometime later. I was also an introvert back then, which only added on to all of my difficulties because I never stood for myself even when I was right.)
My spiritual journey and realization of my spiritual goals completed just sometime ago.
Now I am moving on to the next phase of my life.
Materialism
Although I was working in companies, changing jobs but today when I look back, I realize that it’s all about ‘DHYAAN’ or ‘attention’.
Back then, my Dhyaan was only focused on my Spiritual Journey.
Today, when on my materialistic journey, I found out that this also requires hard work, focus and perseverance.
It’s not just about visualisation…one has to take action and perform one’s karma.
I learn on a daily basis and I strive to give my best every single day. I also endeavor to develop the discipline of an army chief.
With my Spiritual Consultations, I help people progress quickly on their spiritual path by simplifying the journey for them ‘coz that is what I know in depths and that is what I am an expert in.
With my podcasts based on ‘karma’, I reiterate the same message. Two of my podcasts are ‘Karma Is Supreme'(In English) and ‘Karam Pradhan'(the Hindi Podcast).
From Spirituality to Materialism
Finally, my journey from spirituality to materialism does give me satisfaction and deep sense of peace, in the sense that I know I have achieved the only purpose I came to Earth for – evolution. Everything else always seemed a bit of ‘etc.’ to me.
I am on my journey. Balancing the 4 legs of the table – spirituality, materialism, health and relationships.
When I look back today, I realise that ‘BALANCE’ is the key to happiness. It’s not achieving excellence in any one of these areas.
It’s BALANCE.
I am sharing this with you because I want you to know that nobody gets happy ‘when they have achieved spiritual excellence but they loose their health‘, or ‘when they get a perfect partner but no money to enjoy life with them‘.
Life always seems incomplete with any of these legs missing.
And though achieving all of these altogether in abundance is a life-long task but achieving a balance in life and a balance of mind is NOT a mirage.
It can be achieved easily in 6 months; of course with the help of an expert guidance.
So don’t wait for some future time to be happy.
You can choose your happiness NOW by simply striving to achieve that balance in life while you keep working towards excellence towards your goals, leaving the results to the Lord/ the universe.
Namaste.
